What we collect, why, and what's still being built.

Stated plainly, including the parts that aren't finished yet, not just the parts that sound good.

What GuaranteeCheck collects

Two kinds of data, used only to run your diagnostic and letter.

Your production data

Pulled from your Enphase account (via a direct OAuth connection you authorize, no password shared with us) or entered/uploaded by you from a SolarEdge CSV export. Used only to calculate your actual output for the true-up period you're checking.

Your lease terms

The numbers you type in yourself, straight from your own contract: annual guaranteed production, true-up interval, true-up rate, and any carried-over balance. We don't parse or store a copy of your actual lease document, you enter the numbers.

Honesty about where things stand

Payment processing isn't wired up on this site yet.

What this means: GuaranteeCheck's $99 completion fee and Plus subscription billing are built against a real, server-verified authorization model, but no real payment processor is connected yet. No real charge can currently be made through GuaranteeCheck. This page will be updated the moment that changes.
What GuaranteeCheck is not claiming. This is not a legal service and doesn't review your specific lease's legal language. It is not itself SOC 2 or otherwise compliance-certified. It's a calculation and letter-drafting tool, built to help you run a check your servicer isn't running proactively for you.
